United Commercial Builders principals are LEED® accredited professionals committed to sustainable architecture following the principals and guidance of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
The working experience includes two (2) class A 85,780 square foot commercial office buildings. The process began with involvement in starting the LEED feasibility study and criteria scope followed by selection of the design team and complete oversight of the design process to ensure compliance in design and coordination for LEED® Silver status. The process during construction of the buildings included coordination with the LEED® consultant, completing all required documentation per the Design and Construction phases of the project including final accountability of measurements. Both buildings have been completed and submission for Silver status is presently under review by Green Building Certification Institute staffing (GBCI.org).
